Rules of the WWL (World Water League)

Article 1

To get started, when competitors drink the water, it must be filled to 1 1/2 cups. However, in the first WWL competition (WWL World Championship 2018) the amount of water used in competition was not measured but just decided that it was enough water by the judges.

Article 2

When members other than Jack Morris or Brian Winston compete, they must send a video to Jack Morris of them timing themselves. The judges Jack Morris and Brian Winston will then decide if the video is legitimate. If the video is decided upon to be fake, the competitor will be requested to redo the video. If the new video is decided upon to be fake again, they will be requested to redo a 3rd time. If that video is decided to be fake, the competitor is disqualified from that competition.

Article 2a

When the competitor is timing themselves, they must use a stackmat timer or use the timer on the website cstimer.net. In the video, you must be able to see the cup of water and the competitor's face. The timer must be shown to the camera at the end of the video.

Article 2b

The glass being used to drink out of must be clear

Article 2c

If water is spilled in the video, the judges will decide if the amount spilled is enough to add a penalty. Anywhere from 2 to 6 seconds can be added to your time.

In a competition, if multiple rounds are held, if a competitor does not complete each round, all times are disqualified.
